Log in to your ApolloGem account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original packing slip is included inside the box.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
